- Packaging may not include Chop Helmets branding — this is normal and expected.
- Multiple items in the same order may arrive in separate packages on different dates.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, you agree to contact us first at v2gear.adm@gmail.com to allow us to resolve the issue directly.
Initiating a chargeback that is inconsistent with our published policies — including cases where the order was delivered, the return process was not followed, or the statutory return window had expired — will be considered a fraudulent dispute. In such cases, we reserve the right to:
- Submit all available evidence to your payment provider to contest the chargeback.
- Permanently ban the associated account and email from future purchases.
- Pursue recovery of funds through available legal channels.
